Lighthouse in Dumaguete

Tierra Alta is a stunning spot, located high up in the mountains of Valencia. Its known as the Santorini of the Philippines, and its not hard to see why, mimicking the fresh clean whites and royal blues of the Greek island. The lighthouse is comparable to the prominent lighthouse of Batanes surrounded by the well maintained grass and ornaments.
